- Strawberries or mixed berries500 g
- Half a squeezed lemon1 unit(s)

- In a medium pot, place the fruits, preferably chopped but you can use frozen fruits as well. Add the lemon juice and sugar and mix a little. Place over medium-low heat and cook for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until a thick syrup forms and the fruits are very soft. Don't let it thicken too much because after it cools it will be more consistent.
- Tip: if you use frozen fruits, as soon as they are soft, mash them with a fork so that there are not too many large pieces in your jam. And the magic is done! Just put it in a sterilized jar with a good seal, with the jam still hot because it forms a vacuum. If you are not going to consume it immediately, you can store it outside the fridge, so it is interesting to form a vacuum, otherwise keep it in the fridge.
