  • Water500 ml
  • Tang strawberry juice1 unit(s)
  • Sour cream1 unit(s)
  • Condensed milk1 unit(s)
  • Half a spoon of emulsifier1 dessert spoon
  1. Place the water, strawberry tang juice, cream and condensed milk in a blender and blend for 2 minutes.
  2. Then put it in a bowl or ice cream pot and take it to the fridge for 3 hours until it crystallizes.
  3. When it crystallizes, put it in another container, put the emulsifier and hit the mixer for 10 minutes.
  4. Put it in the container or ice cream pot and take it to the freezer for 5 hours or overnight. And it's ready, just enjoy yourself.
