  1. In a blender, beat the milk, cream, condensed milk, sugar, ice cream powder, and the neutral alloy for 5 minutes at high speed, this mixture we will call the base.
  2. Place the base to freeze. After freezing the base, with the help of a board and a large knife, cut everything into small cubes. Place the base, already cut into cubes, in the mixer and add the emulsifier. Start beating at low speed, so as not to force the mixer too much, for approximately 6 minutes.
  3. After that beat the mixture at maximum speed in the mixer and for 14 minutes, or until you verify that the mixture is free of ice crystals.
  4. Being smooth and homogeneous, it's ready. Put it to freeze, and it's ready to serve. This recipe is very creamy and tasty.
