  • Condensed milk400 g
  • Sour cream200 g
  • Juice Packet1 unit(s)
  • Neutral Alloy1 coffee spoon
  • Emulsifier1 coffee spoon
  1. Blend everything in a blender except the emulsifier.
  2. Put it in a rum container with tanpa and put it in the fridge for 3 to 4 hours.
  3. When ice crystals start to form, remove from the fridge.
  4. Beat again in a mixer, add 1 teaspoon of the emulsifier and beat for another 5 minutes.
  5. (This part helps with creaminess and, therefore, its volume is doubled)
  6. As you beat, the mass of the ice cream increases.
  7. Finished beating, add in pots with lid, and take it to the fridge.
  8. Let it cool until it reaches the desired point.
  9. Then serve yourself with whatever you prefer.
  10. Enjoy your food!!
