  • warm milk500 ml
  • Condensed milk395 g
  • Sour cream200 g
  • Gelatin, flavor of your choice10 g
  1. Beat the milk with the gelatin in the blender for a minute, or until it dissolves well. Then add condensed milk and cream. Beat for another five minutes until you get a homogeneous and creamy mixture. Then take it to the freezer to get texture. Around 5 hours.
  2. Take the mixture out of the freezer and put it in the mixer. Beat for another five minutes until double the amount and get a thick cream.
  3. Put it in ice cream pots and take it back to the freezer. Leave it for another 5 hours until it has an ice cream texture.
