  • Black and seedless grapes300 g
  • Sugar100 g
  • Lemon1/2 unit(s)
  • Water200 ml
  1. Cut the grapes into 4 parts and put them in the oven with the water and half the sugar.
  2. When the water boils, add the other half of the sugar and the juice of half a lemon.
  3. Keep stirring every 3 minutes so it doesn't burn.
  4. Wait to reduce until reaching the jelly point (consistent).
  5. At the end use the mixer so it doesn't get lumpy (optional)
  6. Transfer to an airtight glass container (do not fill to the brim). Leave the pot closed and upside down for a few minutes.
  7. Turn the pot, wait for it to cool down a little more and store it in the fridge.
