- Oat flakes2 cup
- Brazil Nuts10 unit(s)
- Flaxseed2 tablespoon
- Coconut Chips (or Chips) (Optional)3 tablespoon
- Cinnamon powder1 tablespoon
- Brown sugar1 tablespoon
- Honey2 tablespoon
- Oil2 tablespoon
- Raisins3 tablespoon
- Place all ingredients (except raisins) on a baking sheet and mix well.
- Bake in a low oven for approximately 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat, let cool and finally add the raisins.
- It can include grains, seeds and nuts and your choice. Store in an airtight container.
