- Take your coffee strainer, I suggest using one that you haven't brewed coffee with. Place the strainer paper inside your strainer and use a cup under the strainer, as if you were going to pass a coffee.
- Then put the yogurt inside the strainer and take it to the fridge for 2 hours or leave it overnight.
- After the specified time, the whey will come out and you will have a very consistent yogurt.
- Place this consistent yogurt in a container and add the whole lemon juice, to curdle and mix well, add a pinch of salt (optional)
- When serving, drizzle with olive oil and mint leaves.
