- Coconut milk1 can(s)
- Milk powder1/2 cup
- Coconut in natura1/2 cup
- Emulsifier1 tablespoon
- Neutral Alloy1 tablespoon
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for a minute; Place the already beaten content into a deep dish; Place in the freezer until ice crystals begin to form; Put the coconut ice cream mass in the mixer; Beat for 10 minutes on high speed. If you prefer, add the neutral alloy and the emulsifier to give more volume and creaminess; Take it to the freezer for approximately 8 hours and it's ready. Enjoy your food!
