- Cold margarine200 g
- Sour cream200 ml
- Refined sugar400 g
- Wheat flour420 g
- Cinnamon powder1 tablespoon
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Place the eggs, sugar and margarine in a stand mixer, beat on high speed until these ingredients double in volume and become a fluffy white cream.
- Then add the cream and beat a little more until it's mixed, this is the moment that looks like Carved but that's how it is.
- Now gradually add the flour, cinnamon and baking powder and mix well.
- After that, finish beating for another 10 seconds in the mixer.
- Place in a preheated oven at 180° and bake for approximately 50 minutes.
- ROOF 1 can condensed milk 200 g of dulce de leche, more or less 2 boxes of sour cream 1 coffee spoon of cinnamon powder
- In a pan, place all the ingredients on low heat and stir non-stop until you reach the frosting point, wait for it to cool and cover the cake.
