  • Cloves1 coffee spoon
  • Water2 cup
  1. Peel and cut the bananas into slices.
  2. Put the sugar to cook and stir until it is completely in syrup (caramel).
  3. Mix the cloves and water and then pour over the sugar, still on the fire.
  4. Stir until the sugar is liquid.
  5. Then throw in the bananas and stir until they are covered.
  6. Cook over medium heat until the bananas are dark, caramel-colored.
  7. Remove from heat and place in the refrigerator. Serve alone or with sour cream on top.
