- Roasted, skinless peanuts500 g
- Maizena Biscuit200 g
- Biscuit water and salt15 unit(s)
- Condensed milk01 unit(s)
- Butter or margarine01 tablespoon
- In a blender or food processor, crush the peanuts and the cornstarch cookies and water and salt.
- Place the crushed ingredients in a bowl.
- Add the butter and gradually add the condensed milk, stirring until it becomes a wet crumb.
- Grease a small form with butter, and place the mixture, pressing and smoothing well.
- Freeze for 30 minutes. Cut to desired size and shape and serve!
