- Roasted and ground peanuts500 g
- Cornmeal Biscuit400 g
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- In a blender, place the cornstarch biscuit. Grind the balacha until it forms a crumb.
- Place the cookie crumbs in a container. Add peanuts and condensed milk.
- Mix everything very well until it forms a homogeneous cream.
- Put the mixture in a form.
- Take the shape with the mixture in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, so that the cream is very hard.
- After 30 minutes, remove the mold from the fridge and cut the pieces of paçoca.
