Place the eggs, condensed milk and liquid milk in a blender and blend. Reserve the dough.
To make the syrup, melt the sugar in the pan until golden, adding water and thickening. Put this sugar in a round shape with a hole in the middle, and pour the dough made before. Take it to the medium oven for 40 minutes in a bain-marie and it's ready.
