- I saw this recipe for brigadeiro de capim santo, also known as lemon balm and tested it. Guys from heaven!!! I loved it Blend the lemongrass leaves with milk in a blender and strain. Then bring it to a boil with the rest of the ingredients. Stir until you get a brigadier point. Place on a plate and let cool. Then roll up like a brigadeiro and, if you wish, pass in crystal sugar.
