  • Egg3 unit(s)
  • Natural Yogurt1 tablespoon
  • Vanilla extract1 teaspoon
  • Cinnamon powder1 teaspoon
  • Cashew nut cream (can be peanut butter)2 tablespoon
  • Half flaked oats1 cup
  • 70% chocolate chips125 g
  • Baking powder1/2 tablespoon
  1. Mash the bananas and set aside;
  2. Mix the eggs and yogurt with the help of a whisk;
  3. Add the banana, vanilla, cinnamon and cashew nut cream and mix well;
  4. Add the oatmeal and chocolate chips and mix;
  5. Add the baking powder and mix again;
  6. Pour the mixture into the muffin tins (can also be in a large cake tin);
  7. Bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees (remember to do the toothpick test). And they're ready!
