  • Coconut Milk200 ml
  • Grated unsweetened coconut100 g
  • Demerara1/3 cup
  • 70% cocoa chocolate bar200 g
  1. In a pan add the grated coconut milk and Demerara sugar, stir in the fire until it releases from the bottom;
  2. Line a cross with parchment paper or plastic film and spread the coconut candy, take it to the freezer for 4 to 6 hours;
  3. Then cut the coconut candy in the shape of your preference, if it is still not quite firm, put it back in the freezer;
  4. Melt the 70% cocoa chocolate in a water bath or microwave;
  5. Dip the coconut candy in the melted chocolate and place it on a plate (line the plate with plastic wrap or parchment paper);
  6. Place in the fridge until the chocolate hardens.
  7. Note: you can replace demerara sugar with xylitol or coconut sugar.
