- Powdered sweetener1/2 cup
- Whole wheat flour2 cup
- Oat flour1 cup
- Water1 cup
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Organic Yeast2 tablespoon
- Sour cream200 g
- Put the water, eggs, sweetener and half a pineapple in a blender.
- In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients except the yeast.
- Pour the contents of the blender into the container with the dry ingredients
- Add the yeast and mix gently
- Pour in a 20 cm shape already greased, take it to the pre-heated oven at 200 degrees for on average 25 minutes.
