- Oranges (200 ml of juice)3 unit(s)
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Milk powder1 cup
- Sugar or sweetener1 tablespoon
- Corn starch1 teaspoon
- Demerara or coconut sugar (slurry)2 tablespoon
- Water for syrup3 tablespoon
- In the blender or with a mixer, beat all the ingredients of the dough, until obtaining a very homogeneous mixture.
- For the syrup over medium heat, caramelize the sugar with the filtered water and spread the caramel in the mold.
- Preferably a small 10 cm shape, if you want to make it in a larger pudding shape, double the recipe.
- Put all the dough mixture in the shape with caramel, cover with aluminum foil and put it in a larger shape with water in the oven preheated to 180°. Let it bake for approximately 50 minutes and serve.
