  • Oat flour2 cup
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Demerara sugar1 cup
  • Butter or coconut oil1/4 cup
  • Water2 tablespoon
  • Corn starch2 tablespoon
  • Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
  1. Cut an orange into 4 pieces (do not remove the peel) and remove the core;
  2. Place the 4 pieces of this orange (including the rind), the eggs, sugar, butter or coconut oil, water and oatmeal in a blender. Beat well;
  3. Add the yeast and beat in "pulse" mode three times;
  4. Unite a form with coconut oil or butter and with the oatmeal;
  5. Add the dough in the shape and take it to the oven already preheated to 200°C, depending on the power of your oven.
  6. For the sauce: Squeeze 3 oranges into a pan, add 2 tablespoons of sugar and 2 tablespoons of starch. Turn on the fire and stir until it thickens a little;
  7. After about 30 minutes, remove the cake from the oven and add the hot syrup on top. serve.
