- Demerara sugar4 tablespoon
- Oat flour5 tablespoon
- Baking powder1 dessert spoon
- Vanilla essence to taste
- Natural yogurt3 tablespoon
- Lemon zest to taste
- For the cupcake, mix with the aid of a whisk, the juice of 1/2 lemon, the melted butter, the milk, the 3 tablespoons of demerara sugar, and the oatmeal;
- Finally add the baking powder;
- Distribute the dough in silicone molds and bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes, or until golden.
- For topping, mix the juice of 1/2 lemon, 1 tablespoon of demerara sugar and natural yogurt, refrigerate;
- After cooling the cookies, put the frosting and lemon zest, serve!
