- Plant milk or milk1/2 cup
- Blend all ingredients in a blender until there are no pieces of fruit. Place in a jar and leave in the freezer for 1 hour before serving.
- Tip: you can put it in popsicle molds and leave it overnight in the freezer to firm up.
- If it stays in the freezer for too long, it will harden (like a popsicle). To consume, just leave it out of the freezer for about 1 hour and it will return to its previous creaminess.
