  • Honey1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil1 coffee spoon
  • Salt (a pinch) to taste
  • Chemical Yeast1 teaspoon
  1. In a bowl, beat the egg and add the cashew nut flour, oat flour, olive oil, honey and a pinch of salt, stir well and add the yeast.
  2. Place the dough in a greased mold. And on top add the farofa.
  3. Baked in the airfryer at 180 degrees for approximately 10 minutes.
  4. Farofa recipe: 2 tablespoons cashew nut flour 1 tablespoon coconut sugar 2 tablespoons of coconut oil Add these ingredients to a pan and bring to a boil.
