  • Rice Flour3 tablespoon
  • Almond flour3 tablespoon
  • Stevia Powder1 tablespoon
  • Coconut oil1 tablespoon
  • Chemical Yeast1 teaspoon
  • Organic mastic flower honey to taste
  • Cinnamon Powder to taste
  • Vanilla Essence to taste
  • Lemon zest to taste
  1. In a bowl, beat the eggs and gradually add the flour, lemon zest, vanilla essence, powdered stevia and baking powder.
  2. In a greased skillet add the dough and make a pancake;
  3. I used a small cup to cut it, I used organic mastic flower honey for the filling, and sprinkled cinnamon powder on top.
  4. It was delicious 🤤
