  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Whole milk or plant-based milk1/2 cup
  • Sugar or sweetener1 teaspoon
  • Butter or oil1 teaspoon
  • Cinnamon and sugar for sprinkling to taste
  1. In a bowl, beat the egg until frothy.
  2. In another pot, put the milk and the teaspoon of sugar
  3. Cut the slices of bread very thick, soak in milk and then in the egg
  4. In a frying pan, add the butter or olive oil, and place the slices of bread to grill
  5. When golden brown, transfer to a plate and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
