- Egg1 unit(s)
- Whole milk or plant-based milk1/2 cup
- Sugar or sweetener1 teaspoon
- Butter or oil1 teaspoon
- Cinnamon and sugar for sprinkling to taste
- In a bowl, beat the egg until frothy.
- In another pot, put the milk and the teaspoon of sugar
- Cut the slices of bread very thick, soak in milk and then in the egg
- In a frying pan, add the butter or olive oil, and place the slices of bread to grill
- When golden brown, transfer to a plate and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
