- Coconut Milk200 ml
- Coconut Flour1/2 cup
- Fine cornmeal1 cup
- Coconut oil3 tablespoon
- Culinary sweetener3/4 cup
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Blend the ingredients in the blender.
- Put the dough in a shape with a hole in the middle and put it to bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
- If you want, put toasted coconut on top when serving.
