  • Pitted Dates (soaked for 30min)1 cup
  • Roasted Peanuts1/2 cup
  • Cashew Nuts1/4 cup
  • Cocoa powder2 tablespoon
  • Pinch of salt to taste
  1. If your dates are not Medjool, soak them in hot water for 15 minutes to hydrate. Then just drain the water and it's ready to use.
  2. Meanwhile, in the food processor, beat the peanuts until they start to release fat (no need to turn into a paste).
  3. Then, add the other ingredients and process until a uniform mass is formed, which does not stick to the hand.
  4. You can roll them in finely grated coconut (to look like sugar) or leave them like that, just in the shape of cashew nuts, finishing with peanuts at the end.
