- Boiled Sweet Potato100 g
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Oat flour110 g
- Salt (a pinch) to taste
- Chemical Yeast1 teaspoon
- I made it in the processor, but it's not necessary, you can crush the sweet potato by hand and add the other ingredients.
- The oat flour, add it little by little until the dough comes off the hand.
- Make it in the shape of bisnaguinhas, and take it to bake. I baked it in the airfryer at 190 degrees for approximately 15 minutes.
- Before taking it to bake I brushed olive oil over it.
