  • Boiled Sweet Potato100 g
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Oat flour110 g
  • Salt (a pinch) to taste
  • Chemical Yeast1 teaspoon
  1. I made it in the processor, but it's not necessary, you can crush the sweet potato by hand and add the other ingredients.
  2. The oat flour, add it little by little until the dough comes off the hand.
  3. Make it in the shape of bisnaguinhas, and take it to bake. I baked it in the airfryer at 190 degrees for approximately 15 minutes.
  4. Before taking it to bake I brushed olive oil over it.
