- Oat flour 1 and a half cup1/1/2 cup
- Oil1/2 cup
- Raisins1/2 cup
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Granola1 tablespoon
- Oat bran2 tablespoon
- In the blender, beat the banana, the egg, the oil, the oat flour and the raisins
- Add the baking powder and put it in a growpack package they are supplyable and can go in the oven or microwave
- For the little crust on top, mix the granola with the butter and the oat bran until it forms a farofa, if it gets too mushy, just add more flour, the intention is that it becomes a thick and moist farofa.
- Place the farofa over the cake and bake for 30 min or until the salt comes out clean, at 180 degrees finish with honey from the Gerais and serve
