  • Oat bran2 tablespoon
  • Flaxseed Flour1 tablespoon
  • Cinnamon powder to taste
  • Baking powder1 coffee spoon
  1. Mash the banana well. Then add the egg, yogurt, flour and stir. Lastly, the yeast. NOTE: the dough cannot be soft, if it is, add more oatmeal. . SMALL frying pan greased with butter or coconut oil (no need to preheat). Put the dough and on top the sliced banana and a little cinnamon powder. Cover, low heat (if your stove is a cooktop like mine, place one grill on top of the other so it doesn't burn). When firm, uncover and turn carefully. Wait for the other side to brown quickly. And it's ready!
