  • Corn Flake2 cup
  • Sour cream200 g
  • Demerara sugar1.1/2 cup
  • Olive oil1/4 cup
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Turmeric1/2 teaspoon
  • Maizena2 tablespoon
  • Grated unsweetened coconut1 cup
  • Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
  1. Bring the cornflakes, milk cream, water, demerara sugar and olive oil to a boil. Stir for about 5 minutes and let cool.
  2. In the blender add the eggs, turmeric, cornstarch. Hit it well.
  3. Mix all the ingredients together with the grated coconut and the yeast.
  4. Put it in a greased shape, and take it to the preheated oven preheated to 180 degrees, for about 45 min.
