- Brown Sugar100 g
- Refined white sugar75 g
- Cocoa 50%75 g
- Wheat flour100 g
- Ice cream cone crumbs to taste
- Smoked Maldon Salt to taste
- Thousand Fruit Ice Cream Caramelized Banana flavor to taste
- Weigh the ingredients as follows: butter and chocolate together, white brown sugar together, egg and oil together in the mixer bowl, flour and cocoa together.
- Melt the chocolate and butter in a bain-marie. Reserve.
- Start by beating the eggs and oil.
- Then, little by little, add the sugar. Let it beat until homogenized and rise a little.
- Add the melted chocolate and butter mixture.
- Add the dry ingredients (flour and cocoa) little by little and mix with the silicone spatula. Make sure there aren't any balls of flour.
- Arrange on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Break the ice cream cone into pieces and spread it over the dough.
- Add a pinch of smoked Maldon Salt. If you don't have it, you can replace it with Flor de Sal.
- With the oven already preheated to 180°, take it to the oven for about 30 min. The shell is firm and the inside soft.
- The final touch is the generous ball of Mil Frutas ice cream with Caramel Banana flavor. The sweetness of the ice cream, with the bitterness of the brownie and the crunchiness of the salty cone is a blast in the mouth 🤤
