  • Water01 cup
  • Cardamom01 unit(s)
  • Saffron01 coffee spoon
  • Wheat flour03 tablespoon
  • Milk powder05 tablespoon
  • Chemical Yeast01 teaspoon
  • Sour cream01 unit(s)
  1. Start with the syrup; add the water with the sugar and the cardamom and let it boil for 10 minutes. Once this is done add a pinch of saffron.
  2. In a bowl, add the wheat flour, powdered milk, yeast and the cream gradually; until you get a dough that you can make small balls. Fry in ghee (clarified butter) or in oil, not too hot, until golden. Reserve. After cooling, place the balls in the syrup. It can be served hot or cold.
