Egg whites

Diluir a goiabada com 2 colheres de sopa de água morna, pra que fique mais líquida e facilite a mistura.

Dilute the guava with 2 tablespoons of warm water, so that it becomes more liquid and makes mixing easier.

Bata as claras em neve. Misture levemente a goiabada com claras em neve.

Whip the egg whites. Lightly mix the guava with snow whites.

Coloque em ramequins e leve ao forno pré aquecido a 200 graus por 12 min ou até que levante o suflê. 

Place in ramekins and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 12 min or until the souffle rises.
