  • 11 guavas1500 g
  • 6 cups of sugar960 g
  • Juice 2 lessons50 ml
  • 1 1/2 cup of water300 ml
  1. Cut the guavas in half and with a spoon remove all the pulp along with the seeds. Place the pulp in the blender, add the water and beat quickly for about 20 seconds.
  2. Strain so that no seeds remain. Place the strained liquid in a pan, add the chopped guava peels, sugar, lemon juice and bring to the boil, stirring constantly until the liquid dries up and the sweetness reduces and thickens.
  3. Line a loaf pan with plastic, pour the candy, cover with the edges of the plastic and let it cool completely. Unmold and serve.
