Peeled Guava

Batata no liquidificador a goiaba com a água e depois passe pela peneira. 

Potato in the blender the guava with the water and then pass through the sieve.

Coloque numa panela,  junte o açúcar e o suco do limão. 

Place in a pan, add sugar and lemon juice.

Em fogo baixo mexa sem parar até engrossar e  desgrudar da panela. 

Over low heat, stir constantly until thickened and unglued from the pan.

Coloque numa refratário untado com óleo(bem pouco)

Place in a refractory greased with oil (very little)

Deixe esfriar bem. Se quiser pode colocar na geldeira. 

Let it cool well. If you want, you can put it in the fridge.

Depois de totalmente frio, corte em pedaços.
