- Filtered water500 ml
- Sour cream200 ml
- Blend everything in the blender. Pour into a container and place in the freezer for 3 hours. (Can be in a glass refractory) After this time, remove from the freezer, and hit the mixer until double the amount. Pour into an ice cream container and put it back in the freezer overnight. It's TOO GOOD! Super tasty and very creamy.
