  • Condensed milk395 g
  • Milk600 ml
  • Water400 ml
  • Ripe Guava4 unit(s)
  • Neutral Alloy2 tablespoon
  1. In a blender place the water and the guava and blend for 2 minutes.
  2. Strain through a sieve to remove the seeds.
  3. Put the strained juice, condensed milk and milk back into the blender. Beat for 3 minutes.
  4. Add the neutral alloy and beat for 10 seconds.
  5. Use a funnel to help fill the ice cream bags and place in the freezer for 4 hours to freeze.
