- Vanilla essence1 coffee spoon
- Margarine2 tablespoon
- Milk1 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Guava in small pieces150 g
- Start by beating the eggs with sugar in a blender for 3 minutes.
- Continue beating and add the vanilla, margarine and milk.
- Then add the flour and yeast.
- Place the dough in the greased medium roast and on it place the guava cut into cubes. Reserve.
- Make a farofinha with 1 cup (soup) wheat flour 1 cup (soup) sugar 2 tablespoons of margarine or frozen butter. Mix everything with your fingertips.
- In the reserved dough, cover the guava with this farofinha.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 30 to 40 minutes.
