- Wheat flour2.1/2 cup
- Refined sugar1 cup
- Margarine3 tablespoon
- Guava cut into cubes to taste
- Sugar for sprinkling to taste
- Mix the flour, granulated sugar and margarine well until it becomes a buttery dough.
- Make balls of delicate size, they grow during the oven.
- Take the balls to the oven in a shape (no need to be greased), in a preheated oven at 180° until the balls are golden on the bottom, on the top it is white and soft.
- Once cool, join one ball to another using the guava paste and roll in sugar.
- Attention: they brown quickly at the bottom.
