  • Pinch of salt to taste
  • Cachaça2 tablespoon
  • Flour3 cup
  • Sugar and cinnamon for sprinkling to taste
  1. Place the eggs, milk, sugar, salt, oil, cachaça and yeast in a bowl, mix very well.
  2. Add flour little by little and then knead with your hands, pass flour on the bench and divide the dough into equal parts, stretch the dough with a rolling pin, cut the dough into rectangles and make a small cut in the middle, take one end of the dough and pass it through the little cut in the middle and turn, do this until there is no more dough
  3. Fry in hot oil and roll in cinnamon sugar.
