- Pineapple slice1 unit(s)
- Butter1 coffee spoon
- Brown sugar1 teaspoon
- Cinnamon to taste
- Heat a skillet well and melt the butter.
- Sprinkle half of the sugar mixed with the cinnamon on one side of the pineapple slice and place in the skillet (sugar down to caramelize).
- Let it brown for a few minutes and place the other half of the cinnamon sugar on the other side of the pineapple slice. Turn the side and let it brown.
