medium grated dry coconut1 unit(s)
Sugar1 kg
Milk2 cup
Clove tea1 coffee spoon
Margarine or butter2 tablespoon

Peel the papaya, grate and set aside
Add the sugar, coconut, margarine, milk and papaya in a pan and bring to a boil and cook over low heat, always stirring so it doesn't burn.
When it is boiling and the volume of the cocada broth has reduced, add the clove tea and continue cooking until the cocada is ready, always stirring so it does not stick to the bottom of the pan.
After giving the cocada point, turn off the fire, take a glass platter, grease it with butter or margarine and pour and put the cocada to cool.
