  • Lemon flavored gelatin1 unit(s)

  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  • Condensed milk1 unit(s)
  • Lemon juice1 cup
  • Lemon zest / slices to taste
  1. Turn on the oven at 180° degrees

  3. Let it beat for 5 minutes, then add the yolks and sugar.
  4. Mix well until it forms a homogeneous cream.
  5. Add the water, oil and gelatin, and mix.
  6. Add the wheat flour little by little. Meanwhile, grease the mold with oil and wheat flour.
  7. After adding the rest of the flour, put the baking powder
  8. With the oven preheated to 180 degrees, it's time to pour the dough into the mold and put it on the fire.
  9. Bake the cake for 30 minutes, this will depend on oven to oven.
