- Lemon Jelly1 unit(s)
- Sugar2 cup
- Natural yogurt1 unit(s)
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Lemon juice1/2 cup
- Place the eggs, oil, gelatin, sugar and yogurt in a blender.
- Beat well.
- In a bowl, place the flour and add the blender mixture.
- Stir with a fouet until completely mixed.
- Add the yeast and stir gently to incorporate (don't stir too much).
- Pour into a greased and floured shape and take it to the oven at 180°C for approximately 40 minutes.
- Do the toothpick test: pierce the middle of the cake and if it comes out clean, it's ready.
- Take it out of the oven, wait for it to streak and then unmold.
- For the topping: mix the condensed milk with the lemon juice until smooth.
