- Milk powder06 tablespoon
- Sour cream200 ml
- Water500 ml
- Sugar1/2 cup
- grated coconut50 g
- Cinnamon powder to taste
- Cut the corns and take it to the blender with the water for 2 minutes.
- Then pass the mixture through a sieve.
- Add the cream, powdered milk and sugar.
- Mix well and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
- Add the grated coconut and let it cook for another 2 minutes.
- Pour into a container and sprinkle cinnamon to taste.
- Serve hot or iced.
