- Canned green corn2 can(s)
- Coconut Milk200 ml
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Milk360 ml
- For the syrup: Sugar1 cup
- Boiling water1/2 cup
- Syrup Heat the sugar over low heat until it melts and forms a medium caramel. Gradually add the boiling water, stirring constantly, until the caramel melts. Let it boil until it thickens. Use the pudding shape to make the syrup.
- Pudding: beat the green corn with 1 cup of the milk in the blender. Strain (discard the pomace), put it back in the blender cup and add the rest of the ingredients. Beat for about 3 minutes.
- Pour in the caramel shape, cover with aluminum foil and bake in a bain-marie in a preheated oven at 180° for approximately 50 minutes. Let cool and place in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
