Calda
Leve o açúcar ao fogo baixo até derreter e obter um caramelo médio. Aos poucos, junte a água fervente mexendo sempre, até derreter o caramelo.
Deixe ferver até engrossar.
Use a própria forma do pudim para fazer a calda. 


Syrup
Heat the sugar over low heat until it melts and forms a medium caramel. Gradually add the boiling water, stirring constantly, until the caramel melts.
Let it boil until it thickens.
Use the pudding shape to make the syrup.

Pudim: bata o milho verde com 1 xícara do leite no liquidificador. Coe (descarte o bagaço), coloque de volta no copo do liquidificador e junte o restante dos ingredientes. Bata por uns 3 minutinhos. 

Pudding: beat the green corn with 1 cup of the milk in the blender. Strain (discard the pomace), put it back in the blender cup and add the rest of the ingredients. Beat for about 3 minutes.

Despeje na forma caramelada, cubra com papel alumínio e asse em banho maria em forno pré aquecido a 180°, por aproximadamente 50 minutos. Deixe esfriar e leve para a geladeira por no mínimo  4 horas.

Pour in the caramel shape, cover with aluminum foil and bake in a bain-marie in a preheated oven at 180° for approximately 50 minutes. Let cool and place in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
