- Wheat flour180 g
- Refined sugar225 g
- Butter120 g

- Chemical Yeast7 g
- Corn shavings150 g
- Milk100 g
- Put the milk and corn to beat in a blender until it turns into a paste.
- Melt the butter without letting it boil
- Mix the eggs, granulated sugar, melted butter and cream of corn. Hit everything.
- Put the mixture in a cake, add the flour and the baking powder and mix lightly until everything is incorporated.
- Place the dough in cupcake molds (one finger below the limit of the mold), and bake in a medium oven.
- The cupcake will be baked as soon as you insert a toothpick and it comes out clean.
