- Sugar6 tablespoon
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Cinnamon to taste
- Grate the corncobs down the drain or blend them in a blender, then strain. Place in a pan over low heat, add the milk, water, sugar. Stir until thickened (15 to 20 minutes). Sprinkle cinnamon on top and serve (optional).
